Tires Plus

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at the Tires Plus Margate/Coconut Creek location. I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change, trusting that my car was in good hands. Unfortunately, when I left, my car was in worse condition than when I brought it in. I couldn’t even make it around the corner before my vehicle became undrivable and completely stopped working. I had to have my car towed from my house to Honda so they could properly diagnose and repair the issue. This caused even more stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses that I should never have had to pay. On top of that, Tires Plus charged me $693.62, yet I was left with a vehicle that I couldn’t even safely drive. A routine oil change should not result in a customer being stranded and forced to pay for a tow and additional repairs elsewhere. I trusted Tires Plus with my vehicle, and instead I ended up spending more money, losing time, and dealing with a major headache. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received and how this situation was handled. I would not recommend the Tires Plus Margate/Coconut Creek location to anyone based on my experience.

Larry helped me at the counter and by far the best service I have had locally. Very informative and helped me in a pinch. Additional promotion on tires which dropped savings dramatically. Would recommend this shop. Service was fast and thorough.

Larry was very helpful when I was shopping for tires. The last tire shop I was at sold me bad tires and wrong sizes . Larry went out of his way to explain what really worked well for my vehicle and helped me understand tired sizes. Their customer service here was truly honest and professional. I am definitely sticking with this shop and highly recommend this shop as well.

To Whom It May Concern, I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM on Saturday for a wheel alignment at your shop. After arriving, I waited approximately 30 minutes before being helped and was informed there were three vehicles ahead of mine. My vehicle was not inspected until around 1:30 PM. At that time, I was shown that my vehicle required a CV boot replacement. I approved the repair after being told the work would be completed that same day. Later, I was informed that the incorrect part had been ordered, and my vehicle was left disassembled while waiting for the correct part to arrive. I was told I would be contacted once the part came in, however communication throughout the process was limited. As a result, I was without transportation for approximately 32 hours, which caused me to miss a family event since this is my only vehicle. My main concerns are the significant delays, lack of communication, and the inconvenience caused by the incorrect part being ordered after the vehicle was already disassembled. I am requesting that this experience be reviewed and addressed.

I arrived at the Margate location just a few hours before they closed. They took care of me right away even I was very upset b cause I had been trying to get help for my broken tire for several hours driving on it broken. The Machanic's were caring and very patient with me. They took care of my breaks and four new tires which I needed badly. They answered all my questions and took me aside to show me what was wrong with my breaks when I had concerns. The Machanic’s and staff were great and did a fabulous job. Sent me home very happy. I will continue to get more work on my car at that location in the near future. I feel the prices are a little high, but worth the peace of mind of knowing the job got done quick and I am satisfied with the job that was well done!
